PIPES: David Hurd with Trinity Choir

Join us as Trinity organists past and present — Bruce Neswick, Alcée Chriss III, and David Hurd — team with Trinity Choir to shine a spotlight on the artistry of the incomparable Hurd, who will be conducting the choir. Hurd, who as both organist and composer has made indelible contributions to church music, shares a rich history with Trinity Church. Once its assistant organist, he has performed recitals in the space for decades. This stirring and emotional performance will showcase Hurd’s lyrical and expressive compositions — including a 25-minute song cycle.  

Registration for this free event is highly recommended as seating is limited.

We suggest arriving 45 minutes before start time. Admission is first-come, first-served, with ticket holders receiving priority (although not guaranteed entrance if the venue reaches capacity).
