Piper 101 Information Session

Piper 101 is an introduction to Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust and its grantmaking led by the Trust’s program staff. The session is informal and includes time for Q&A. Piper 101 is designed for representatives of nonprofits serving Maricopa County interested in learning more about the Trust’s mission and grant opportunities.

Topics covered include:

• Background on the Trust’s founder, Virginia Galvin Piper, and her philanthropic commitment to the community.

• Core funding areas and strategies to enrich health, well-being, and opportunity for the people of Maricopa County.

• How nonprofits can work with the Trust including eligibility and best practice requirements.
