Enjoy a 45-minute Mat Pilates workout from the Coastal Movement team, where you will move through your entire body with minimal equipment. After class, enjoy a bevvie and breakfast item included with your ticket price!
Check-in begins at 9:15am and class will begin promptly at 9:30am. Bring your own mat and water! Grip socks or shoes are acceptable for this event. All other equipment will be provided.
