Colleen Winter is a 200-Hour registerd yoga teacher. As a Baltimore based power vinyasa yoga teacher, she loves bringing her passion of movement and breath as well as compassion to her classes and students.Pooles Island Brewing Co. is a brand new 10,000 square feet brewery and taproom in Middle River, MD. Led by Head Brewer, Patrick Jones, Pooles offers a core complement of six signature beers plus a rotating selection of seasonal and experimental brews, all emphasizing the use of fresh and local.

Start your Sunday Funday off right in September with Pints and Poses with Colleen!  Your ticket includes a 60-minute yoga class and a post-workout fun fall brew!
Grab your yoga mat and be prepared to flow to an all levels power yoga class. A creative, safe, and fun flow set to music with some core mixed in, will have you ready for savasana and saying nama'stay for the beer.
All fitness levels welcome. Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat.
