• The Craft: You’ll start with the basics, learning the traditional "well method." You’ll mix, knead, and roll out fresh dough, transforming simple ingredients into beautiful ribbons of fettuccine and classic cheese ravioli .

• The Sip: Keep your creative energy up with a cold pint in hand—the perfect companion for a little floury hard work.

• The Feast: Once the flour settles, we’ll cook up our collective creations right on-site. We’ll sit down as a group to enjoy the fresh, steaming pasta we made together, paired with delicious sauces and Pints & Pasta: The Knead & Feed Experience
