Odyssey Resilience

Pins &amp; Play is a chance to hang designed to help you unwind, connect, and do something with your hands (or just exist peacefully - that’s allowed too).This is a come-as-you-are, come-and-go-as-you-please kind of night. No pressure to do everything. No pressure to stay the whole time. Pick what works for you.What’s happening:🧶 BYO Craft Night Bring whatever you’re working on - knitting, embroidery, collage, mending, sketching, that half-finished project living in your bag - or just come sit with us. No crafting skills required.🎲 Games &amp; Play I’ll bring a mix of games you can jump into whenever you feel like it. Play for 10 minutes, play for 2 hours, or don’t play at all. Totally your call.📍 Community Acupuncture We’ll also have community acupuncture available provided by Sara Robinson of Wellness Acupuncture and Herbal Remedies. She’ll be offering the standard 5-point NADA protocol, a gentle and grounding ear acupuncture often used for stress relief, nervous system regulation, and overall reset. You can receive acupuncture and then hang out - or just come for the acupuncture and head out. Whatever feels right. Snacks &amp; Drinks Snacks will be provided, and drinks will be available for purchase. There’s no “right” way to do this night. Sit quietly. Chat. Craft. Play. Get poked. Or don’t.
