Piñatas DMV
Piñatas DMV is led by Martha Morales, a retired kindergarten teacher from Mexico, who transformed her love for teaching, children, arts and crafts by developing a piñata-making hobby eight years ago. Alegria: Alegria Bar, a vibrant newcomer to the Bryant Street NE community, has quickly become a cherished gathering spot in just 7 months of operation. Born from the success of the renowned Taqueria Habanero family, Alegria Bar extends its legacy by introducing a delightful array of offerings beyond their beloved classic margaritas and mouthwatering tacos.
The heartbeat of Alegria is joy, as reflected in its very name. The atmosphere is a testament to this, with bright yellow chairs and lively greenery enveloping the 26-seat space. It's not just a bar; it's a celebration of life and the rich tapestry of Latin American flavors. At Alegria, the experience transcends traditional boundaries, with a menu that boasts cocktails influenced by the diverse and vibrant cultures of Latin America. One such gem is the "Dona Margarita," a tantalizing concoction featuring passion fruit espuma that adds a delightful twist to the classic favorite.
Rooted in the essence of family, Alegria Bar is more than just a place to savor exquisite drinks and culinary delights. It's a testament to the power of community, a space where friends and neighbors come together to share in the joy of good company, delectable creations, and the spirit of Alegria.
