In this class, we will be covering pin and stretch techniques for the upper & lower extremities. This technique works well for your regular clients and athletes.

Pin & Release (AKA Active Release Technique), is a movement-based muscle lengthening technique that is highly effective in treating dysfunction in: muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Pin and stretch is a method of stretching involving shortening the muscle length by pinning the muscle, then taking the muscle through the full range of motion. The stretch can be applied passively by the therapist or actively by the client.

Please wear LAB CLOTHES, this is a Hands-On Class.

Please Bring: Hand towel, sheets, pen, water, paper towels and hand sanitizer
