I'm pregnant. Can I still do this class?

Yes! Pilates is great for pregnant bodies. It's important that you have something to prop yourself up so you're not laying flat for too long. You can purchase a Pilates wedge through Balanced Body or use a yoga bolster for this.

It was made by one! Joseph Pilates created this to heal and increase the longevity of all bodies. Everyone should do it!

Just a mat and enough space to spread your limbs

I'm injured/have a preexisting physical condition. Can I still do this class?

Pilates can be healing but it doesn't mean that a group class is the best choice for everyone. Some injuries can be worked around with modifications. But it's highly recommended you seek private sessions. Please contact me to discuss any injuries prior to the class so we can see what's best for you!
