2019 I found out about Pilates even though I practiced it I talked myself out of actually teaching for so many reasons.

Somehow the will came back somehow I knew I still wanted it. It was random but it wasn’t…Literally just woke up one day & went for it.

Glad I did! These past few months have honestly felt great. Gratitude to my #pilatespeople 🫶🏾
