We've got a new addition to our weekly fitness events, pilates!

This event is for people who WORK at Wellington Place only. Therefore please register with your work email so we can cross check you in our directory. Join Leah every Wednesday lunch time or evening as we crunch and stretch our way to a healthier body.If you have any injuries, are pregnant, or are in the postpartum period, please inform the instructor before the class so necessary adjustments can be made. We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire for the session.Please note, due to high demand if you arrive to the session later that 13:25pm your space may be given to someone else. For ages 18+ only. Not suitable for pre or postnatal people.By signing up to this event you agree you are aware that exercise can be physically stressful and, in certain instances can even result in injury or cause of death.The levels of exercise that you will perform will be at your own pace, based upon your cardio-respiratory (heart &amp; lung) fitness, muscular strength and endurance.You agree that you'll inform the trainer of any symptoms (shortness of breath, chest discomfort, any pain/discomfort) during your participation exercise. If you have high blood pressure, diabetes, a heart condition, an existing injury, recent surgery or taking any prescribed medications that could affect your performance, you'll inform the trainer prior to participating in any exercise.The Trainer will not be liable for any injuries or damage arising out of participation or use of facilities. Cold drinks and tea &amp; coffee making facilities are available however please note there are no lowered counter tops so if you require assistance please speak to a member of our events team who can help you.
