Do I need to bring a mat?

Mats will be provided but please bring water and anything else you'd like to make your experience great.

Can I take class even if I'm a beginner?

Yes! We love working with all levels.

Is class inside or outside?

Class will be held outside in the park.

Since your ticket is a tax deductible donation we will not be issuing refunds, but ask that if there is a change in your plans you gift it to someone.

There are no restrooms. Please be mindful of this!
