Pilates & Prayer

Ty's Garden

What if you gave yourself two hours to slow down, move your body, study the Word, and reconnect with God?

21 Industrial Park Dr

This fall, slow down, get grounded, and reconnect with what matters most. Pilates & Prayer is a restorative fall reset experience created to nourish both your faith and your mind-body connection. Through intentional movement, reflection, Bible study, and devotional time, we’ll create space to release what no longer serves us, realign with God, and step into the new season with greater clarity and intention. The experience will begin with a Pilates flow led by Ty’s Garden, designed to help you reconnect with your body through mindful movement and breath. From there, Tiarra, author of devotional, You're Not Stuck, You're Becoming, and founder of Level Up W Tee will lead us through Bible study and devotionals, creating space to reflect, learn, pray, and grow in faith. Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, renewed, and spiritually refreshed. Sunday, September 201:30–3:30 PM21 Industrial Park DriveWaldorf, Maryland More than a workout. More than a Bible study. Devotional included with ticket. A reset for your body, mind, and spirit.
