A restorative afternoon for women featuring Pilates, guided readings, and conversation lead by Bee Quammie
Hosted by Bee and Book Club Toronto, this experience brings together movement, literature, and conversation to explore what resilience looks like beyond the expectation of always being "strong." Through a gentle Pilates session, community readings, and facilitated discussion, participants are invited to care for themselves and one another in a space rooted in healing and belonging.
