A full-body mat Pilates session, offering progressions with stability balls & resistance bands.Still beginner welcome!

This intermediate mat class builds on classical Pilates principles, offering a full-body workout that strengthens, stabilizes, and balances. Using stability balls and resistance bands, you’ll explore flowing sequences that enhance core strength, coordination, and control.

Still modifications for those at a beginner level! This class offers progressions to the foundational movement taught. These progressions are always optional.
