Join us on Sunday, April 7th at 11 am for Pilates & Pints at Thorn Street Brewery in North Park hosted by <A HREF="http://vaifitness.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Vai Fitness</A>! This event will feature a mat pilates class from 11 am-12 pm followed by a pint of beer of your choice and a bagel and cream cheese from <A HREF="https://nomaddonuts.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Nomad Donuts</A>.  
Open to all levels, mat-based pilates is a full body workout. Silvia, from Vai Fitness will be working on core, flexibility, and endurance and, of course, having a great time! 
The class is $15 (plus Eventbrite fees) per person (plus fees) and includes 50 minutes of instruction, a beer and a bagel
Please bring your own mat. Space is limited so grab your tickets soon!
