Kick off your weekend with Emma as she guides you through an energizing one hour full body Mat Pilates flow!
Mat Pilates is a great low-impact full body workout for mixed-levels of fitness. Please be mindul that the workout may have elements that include lying down (on the back or side), standing, and have periods of time on knees/wrisits. Modifications will be given for those with prior injuries or illness as necessary and requested. As always, consult with your physician about any questions regarding starting or changing your fitness routine. If you are in your second trimester or later please consult your physician prior to attending. All ticket sales final.
