Please join Sasha and Sonja Lyth, founders of Recharge Escapes on June 9th at the beautiful Fieldbrook Winery!! We will begin the Pilates fusion class followed by time to enjoy a complimentary glass of wine and relax. Brick oven pizza and other goodies will be available for purchase! The Paint and Sip will start at 1 pm, and you are welcome to stay afterward and enjoy Live music by Young and Lovely!
Pilates Fusion: Sonja will guide you through a 50-minute all-level Pilates flow fused with yoga and functional fitness! Please bring your own mat
Paint and Sip: Painting does not have to be scary! With simple brushwork and beautiful colors, it can be a fun, relaxing, and deeply satisfying practice to get you out of your head and into your heart! With wine in one hand, and brushes in the other, Sasha will guide you through each step in creating a beautiful work of art for your home or office. Canvas and all painting supplies will be provided.
The Pilates class right at 11 am so please arrive by 10:55 to set up your mat.
