Check-in will begin at 9:50 am and we will begin at 10:00 am. Please BRING YOUR OWN MAT; one will not be provided. Water and towel are recommended. No need to print tickets! And this is a rain or shine event; there are no refunds.
Location: Aslin Beer Company, Alexandria! The class will be held indoors, in an large area to the right of the retail room, opposite the taproom.
Meet your Instructor: Amanda completed Pilates teacher training at Mind the Mat in 2018, where she continues to teach classes weekly. She also teaches private group classes.
