Join Britney for a creative Pilates mat workout that aims to strengthen the body and mind alike. Britney's classes focus on celebrating what your body is capable of doing through mindful, intentional movement. All levels are welcome. Grab your mat and get ready to move!

Classes will be held on the Hanover St. lawn, located within the Carolyn Lynch greenway. This lawn is located directly across from The Canopy by Hilton.
