Our focus will be on enhancing core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness through a series of fluid, controlled movements.

What to Expect:

  • Warm-Up: We'll begin with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body for the workout ahead. This includes light stretching and basic breathing exercises to center your mind and activate your core.
  • Core Activation: Engage your deep abdominal muscles with exercises like the Hundred, Single Leg Stretch, and Double Leg Stretch. Modifications and progressions will be provided to ensure everyone can participate at their own pace.
  • Strength and Stability: Move through a series of flowing sequences that challenge your strength and stability. Expect exercises such as the Plank, Side Plank, and Teaser, with options to adjust the intensity based on your fitness level.
  • Flexibility and Mobility: Enhance your flexibility with stretches targeting major muscle groups. We'll focus on lengthening the spine, hips, and legs with exercises like the Spine Stretch Forward and the Saw.
  • Cool Down: Finish with a relaxing cool down to calm your mind and body. Gentle stretches and deep breathing exercises will help you transition smoothly from your workout to the rest of your day.

Classes are non-refundable

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the class start time, classes will begin promptly with no admittance to those arriving after the start time.

Where do I park?

Parking is available on site.

How do I access the space?

Classes are held in the lower level of the building with access directly from the parking lot, look for the door with the KMWellness logo sign. Access to the space will not be available until 10 minutes prior to the class start time.
