What do I need to bring?

Bring your body, your water bottle, and grip socks. That’s all you’ll need. We’ve got everything else covered.

Do I need to be flexible or “in shape”?

No. This class will meet you where you are in your fitness journey. Pilates for every body.

Wear something comfortable that you can move in. If wearing loose fitting shorts, please wear form fitting garments underneath. Grip socks are highly recommended - but bare feet are an option too.
