Your class will be a Beginner Align Reformer Pilates class, making it perfect if you’re new to Reformer Pilates, but intermediates are welcome too! 🧘🏼♀️✨
🧦 Grip socks are essential for health & safety as the beds can be slippery. Don’t have any? You can purchase them at the studio!
⏰ Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your safety induction. Anyone arriving after the class has started won’t be permitted into the studio.
🚗 Parking: You can park directly outside the studio on both sides of Ecclesall Road for a small charge, or there’s parking around a 5-minute walk away at Berkeley Precinct by Tesco.
