Welcome to our In person Pilates class!
Come join us for a rejuvenating session at Round Rock. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of Pilates exercises to help strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall well-being.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this class is suitable for all levels. Don't forget to bring your own mat and water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session.
