Join us for Pilates After Dark—where fitness meets nightlife. This 45-minute mat Pilates class, led by Zen &amp; Fit with Sara, kicks off with energy shots to get you moving and motivated. Set in a beautiful venue in the heart of the city, you’ll flow through an energizing workout before transitioning into a fun, social atmosphere. Guests are asked to bring their own mat and any optional props such as ankle weights or light hand weights (2-5lbs). This class is suitable for all levels and encourages you to move at your own pace while enjoying the ambiance. After class, enjoy complimentary snacks, a great playlist, and cocktails available for purchase.
