Pikeville Main Street's ~Dinner in White~ is a unique outdoor dining experience that celebrates community, elegance, and the beauty of our downtown.

Participants gather in Downtown Pikeville, dressed all in white, to share a meal and create an enchanting atmosphere. Whether you bring your own food or opt to purchase from Elite Catering, the focus is on enjoying delicious cuisine in the company of others.
Guests are encouraged to put their personal touch on their tables, showcasing their creativity and contributing to a visually stunning and diverse dining setting.

This fundraising event is open to everyone and serves as a way to bring people together to celebrate Downtown Pikeville, and the joy of dining in a beautiful outdoor environment.
By attending and supporting this event, you are also contributing to the revitalization and economic incentives of Downtown Pikeville through the Pikeville Main Street Program, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to downtown development.

Date: Saturday, June 15th
Time: 7:30pm - 11:30pm

Ticket Information:

• Price: $40.00 per person (no additional fees)
• Seating: Individual seats or tables of 8 available for purchase if you plan to go as a group. *PLEASE view the map seating for desired number of seats per table.

Table Set-up:

• Each table will be covered in a white linen tablecloth. Guests are encouraged to beautify their table in all white. Tables may be decorated after 2:00PM on the day of the event.
• Decorate your table (all white) for a chance to win "best decorated" at the event.

Dinner Options:

· Bring your own dinner or purchase a dinner ticket for the tent buffet (1 trip) for $25.00 per person (excluding fees) from Elite Catering (Appalachian Wireless Arena).

· If you would like to purchase your dinner ticket, look at add-ons and select dinner ticket. This purchase is for 1 trip to the tent for food.

Beverage Services:

• Water, Tea, and Lemonade will be available for those that purchase a dinner ticket.
• There will be 3 cash bars for you to purchase alcoholic beverages.
• No Outside Alcohol will be permitted. *Security may ask to look inside your cooler at any time during the event.

Rain Plan:

• In case of rain, the event will be held inside the Appalachian Wireless Arena at 126 Main Street. If the weather is forecasted for that day, please check social media at 12:00PM the day of event for details.

Prohibited Items:

• No one allowed under the Age of 16
• NO outside alcohol permitted
• No pets
• No open flames

Dress Code:

• Please wear white attire

Parking Information:

· Complimentary FREE parking available at the parking garage, or on any adjacent street

Security Measures:

• Coolers & Bags will be checked by Security at ALL entry points.
• Security personnel will be present throughout the event to ensure the safety and enjoyment of ALL.
• Security may ask to see your cooler/bag at any point throughout the event.

Entertainment:

• Back by popular demand, Bravo Live DJ, will entertain everyone throughout the evening.

Photography:

• Dusty Layne, our Professional photographer will capture memorable moments during the event. Those will be uploaded to Facebook for all to view.

• Share your Dinner in White experience on social media using the hashtag #DinnerInWhite. Tag us to be featured on our official accounts.
