Organized by

Erica started selling the pierogi she had been making her entire life starting in 2014 while working at a dive bar in Hamtramck.  What started off as a way to feed hungry friends, using techniques passed down through generations of family grew into creative inspired fillings from all experiences in life.  As the demand grew for the product and Erica received press write ups, the idea of taking something so small and personal began to get talks of becoming a business.  Four years later, Pietrzyk Pierogi was founded.Let her teach you about the preciousness of the dough and how to use quality ingredients to make love filled dough dumplings that your friends will rave about.

All classes have a 7 day prior refund policy. Requesting a refund or transfer less than 7 days prior will result in forfeiture of the ticket. As a small business we we must hold tightly to this policy as the classes are highly sought after. WE love teaching you how to make pierogi but also aren't in the position to be paying out of pocket to teach students.
