Red Clay Ciderworks became Charlotte's first cidery in July, 2015. Naturally gluten free, our distinct, dry ciders are made right here in Charlotte. Using fresh pressed juice from North Carolina apples ensures a product you can both enjoy and be proud of.

<P>Red Clay Ciderworks is teaming up with A Smart Cookie to bring you an event that's sure to satisfy your palate! <BR></P>
<P>Cider maker Jay Bradish and Baking Scientist Monica Nye, PhD, will walk you through four different pairings, each with their own unique flair. <BR></P>

<DIV CLASS="_1mf _1mj"><SPAN>This is a casual, NON-SEATED event; participants will have barrel tables to stand at. Four people per barrel, so you may be grouped with strangers, but don't be askeered, be social! </SPAN></DIV>
