Help a worker-owned restaurant get to their fundraising finish line while dancing. As Pidgin Cooperative's Kickstarter comes to a close, let's celebrate all our collective hard work and make sure we get that $50k in the bag.

-

We'll have music from bands of cooperative's members, The Low Lonesome Sound and Field Tripping. They'll be joined by friends, Worry Surfer.

The Low Lonesome Sound was born out of the vast networks of the PNW farmers market scene: "...their sound is austere, it's rough hewn, maybe like the hands of the people that grow our food." -Iaan Hughes Music Director KBCS 91.3.

Worry Surfer makes rock music you can dance to.

Field Tripping is a long-together band forever searching for their true sound.

-

Our campaign has been visually supported by Champ Ensminger and Shep Films and we'll show those works throughout the evening. Ensminger created the PBS Kids themed video for Pidgin's Kickstarter Campaign. Shep Films worked with Pidgin chefs to create a Kurosawa and anime inspired film, Best Dish Wins.

Champ Ensminger is an award-winning indie filmmaker currently working on sci-fi short, Red Eden.

Shep Films burst onto the indie film scene with 2018 sci-fi movie, Prospect, starring Pedro Pascal.
