The NC Natural Products Association invites you to join us for an afternoon of pickle and preservation FUN down by the river for Pickle Pickin' - A Preservation Celebration. NCNPA will host renowned fermentation specialist Sandor Katz for a talk and book signing, with area folks offering demonstrations and classes on fermentation and preservation. A silent auction will be held so sponsor levels include opportunities for donated products.  All sponsor levels will receive social media recognition for their support. See below for opportunities for promotion during and following the event.
Are your pickles famous? Are you looking to share your killer kimchi or kraut? Is your jelly jammin? You are invited to submit your pickles and other preserved and fermented foods to the Pickle Pickin' competition! Categories include: Dills, Sweets, Relish, Salsas &amp; Sauces, Vinegars, Ferments, Jams/Jellies. USDA certified products of meats and dairy may be submitted. Entries must be submitted in  quantities of no less than 3 pints. 
Food and beverages will be available from food trucks, vendors, Cascade Lounge and Edna's. Pickle Tasting tickets are available below or at the event.
