About the Artist

“Exhibiting a self-confident mastery in all three works, we had the impression we were hearing three different pianists — a dazzling virtuoso who brought artistic dignity to a much maligned Liszt warhorse, a sensitive Beethoven player and a sincere advocate for 20th-century music who was totally convincing in his exciting performance of the Muczynski Toccata.” - Lyn Bronson, Peninsula Reviews

Christopher Richardson has received top prizes in numerous national and international piano competitions, including First Prize at the 2021 LA International Liszt Competition Budapest Division as well as First Prize and Best Chopin Prize at the 2016 Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) Competition.
