Physicals for New Student Athletes 2017 - Fri., August 18

New student-athletes (freshmen or transfers) who want to participate in Calvin's NCAA athletics or ACHA Men's Hockey are required to have a physical conducted by the Calvin College team physician in order to be covered by Calvin College Athletic insurance.

New student-athletes MUST PRE-REGISTER for ONE time slot. A one time, $15 charge will be issued to your miscellaneous account after the completion of your physical. Registration will close at 4:00pm, Thursday, August 17.

No student-athlete will be permitted to participate in team activities until the physical has been completed and all required paperwork is completed. Please watch your email for these forms & instructions.

Student-athletes who are trying out for the following sports are encouraged to sign up for the Friday, August 18 date:

Men's Soccer
Women's Soccer
Volleyball
Women's Golf

Each date has a specific sport emphasis based on when your team starts official activities, but you may register for any date based on your personal availability, regardless of sport.

Earliest time slots must be filled before the later time slots will be opened. Exceptions will only be made in the case of extreme circumstance.
