Our 5 DAY FITNESS GETAWAY has been designed to give you an unbeatable balance of physical training and mindfulness practice. Combing this with relaxation and recovery allows us to power our physical and mental wellbeing to another level.
People join our community for many different reasons, but a common theme is finding somewhere to disconnect from the day to day, enjoy living in the present and rejuvenate their mind and body. Each of our workouts and classes offer a different aspect of self development, challenge and accomplishment.

No fitness level required. If you enjoy working out or like the idea of being active in Thailand then we can help. And yes you can come by yourself as we have a great mix of solo travellers, friends and couples.
We have participants from the age between 20 - 50 joined us in the past retreats we hosted.
