Motherhood is a transformative and powerful journey. And it is one that is not meant to be done alone. In our modern society, many of us do not have our “village,” and although the common expression says “it takes a village to raise a child,” I truly believe it takes a village to nourish a mother so she can truly be present and raise her child.
I have created these Mother Circles with a deep understanding of the importance of support and community for mothers. These circles provide a sacred space where mothers from across the Philly area can come together, connect, and share their stories. It's a place where we can learn from each other, exchange helpful tools, and most importantly, build a powerful support system—a village to walk this journey together.
Each session will be held in a private residence in Bala Cynwyd, offering a cozy and intimate setting conducive to heartfelt connections. Guided meditations will help us center ourselves, while journaling and other powerful practices will provide avenues for self-reflection and growth.

These circles are open to mothers, mamas-to-be, and folks who are on the path to conception.
