<p>BAE aims to protect, promote, and uplift black breastfeeding. We are excited to host Philly's 7th annual BBQ4BAE (Beautiful Black Queens 4 Breastfeeding Awareness &amp; Empowerment), a family-friendly, community cookout to celebrate Black Breastfeeding Week with families and lactation supporters throughout the city of Philadelphia. BBQ4BAE also addresses perinatal mental health; a key component of perinatal health that is often treated separately and left unaddressed by existing breastfeeding support models.</p>
