<h2>Join us for Philates!</h2>Join us for PHIlates on Sunday, April 19 at 2:00 PM at the Phi Delta Theta chapter house front lawn (1437 Washtenaw Ave).This 45-minute Mat Pilates class will be taught by Alli Bianchini, a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor. Alli is the founder of The AB Program, an online workout program that combines strength training and Pilates. Exciting news - The AB Program is opening its headquarters in Birmingham, MI this upcoming spring! Let's move for a cause and support ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) together.The $25 ticket goes towards a T-Shirt and the amazing class with all proceeds being donated! This event is proudly supporting the ALS Foundation, with all proceeds going toward funding research and care for those impacted.We’ll also have Bearclaw Coffee Co. on-site serving coffee and drinks to keep you fueled and refreshed.With finals coming up, working out in a group setting boosts motivation, reduces stress, and creates a strong sense of community. Pairing that with giving back adds an even deeper level of purpose; helping improve not just your own wellness, but the lives of others as well.SEE YOU THERE!
