What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Tickets are transferable and make great gifts. If you need to switch sessions due to a conflict, please contact us at hello@phillytastefest.com to make arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate.

We cannot accommodate or guarantee that participating chefs and restaurants will prepare dishes without common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, etc
