Curated by Yoga by Safia, this magic movement experience blends therapeutic yoga, color therapy, sound healing, and floral expression in the vibrant setting of Urban Sprout Farms.What to Expect with Petals and Poses:Yoga &amp; Sound Healing: Join us at 10:00 AM for an all-levels yoga practice designed to awaken your senses, calm your nervous system, and ground your energy—followed by a meditative sound bath to promote deep relaxation and emotional release.Creative Floral Art Ritual: After your practice, engage in a mindful creative expression by designing your own bouquet using florals available from the farm. Acknowledgment of Risk: I understand that yoga, outdoor movement, and participation in farm-based or nature-centered activities involve physical exertion and inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, insect exposure, allergic reactions, weather-related discomfort, or uneven terrain. Assumption of Responsibility: I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in this event. Health Disclosure: I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and will inform the instructor prior to class of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations. Photography Release: I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional use by Yoga by Safia. I grant permission for my likeness to be used, or I will notify the event organizer if I prefer not to be photographed.6. Weather and Nature: I understand that this is an outdoor event, and it will proceed in light weather conditions. I will dress appropriately and come prepared for nature’s elements.
