Absolutely! We will have an instructor taking us through the movements

Do I need to bring anything?

Yes! Please bring your own mat and water bottle! Ankle weights are optional! :)

18+ ladies are welcomed; minors must be accompanied by an adult! Must be 21+ to enjoy alcoholic beverages!
