Not at all. This flow will be beginner-friendly and accessible for all levels. Come as you are.

What should I bring?

Bring a yoga mat, water, and anything you like to have for comfort (towel, sunscreen, etc.). All bouquet-making materials will be provided.

Yes! This is a very welcoming, community-focused event. Come solo or with someone.

Nope. While we’re celebrating Mother’s Day, this event is open to anyone who wants to move, create, and enjoy the experience.

What time should I arrive?

Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled and set up your mat.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

All ticket sales are final, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend if you can’t attend.
