Learn how to paint an acrylic pet portrait with local artist Max Knoblock. This class is designed for beginners and experienced artists who want to explore the art of pet portraiture.

Using a photo of your pet, you will follow a step-by-step process to create a custom painting. By the end of class, you will select a custom-built frame to display your finished artwork.

Important Information

• Please bring a photo of your pet on your phone.
• Bringing a phone charger is recommended; extra chargers will be available.
• Ages 10 and up. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and a separate ticket is required.
• Please wear clothing suitable for painting.

Max Knoblock

I paint custom pet portraits and teach pet portrait classes. I work with people, companies, and communities to create joyful, calming painting experiences and heirloom-quality pet portraits.

Refund Policy:

• Transfers to another class follow the same refund rules as your original date.
• 14+ days before the first class: Full refund.
• 7–13 days before the first class: Refund minus a 50% administrative fee.
• Fewer than 7 days before the first class: No refunds.
• Seat transfer: If you find a replacement who pays for and takes your seat before the first class begins, you are eligible for a full refund.

Class may be canceled due to low enrollment in which case a full refund will be issued.

MakerSpace reserves the right to cancel any class with insufficient enrollment. If a class is canceled by MakerSpace, fees are 100% refundable.
