Further, several topics will be offered twice so that each attendee can attend all sessions of the course over the 2 days. Some sessions are selected by attendee and others are as a whole group.


1. Dog Daycare Group Management:

Spend time training at Fetch n' Catch, the facility in which PackPro Training was born and filmed. Explore effective strategies for managing group dynamics in a dog daycare environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of all dogs and staff. This hands-on event allows attendees to gain valuable insight into how to effectively and safely manage dog social groups with a focus on teaching attendess how to effectively share this information back at their home facility.


2. Finance 101 for Pet Care Leaders:

Gain valuable insights into financial management principles tailored specifically to the pet care industry, empowering you to make informed decisions that drive business success. As leaders, you have a very important role in how well a facility runs financially. During this session, Phillip will provide attendees with some fantastic financial knowledge and principles so that attendees fully understand their role in the financial success of a their facility. This will not be a boring "financial" class!


3. Essential Leadership for Pet Care Leaders:

Discover the fundamentals of leadership and learn how to inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional pet care services. Leadership is at the CORE of every successful business. Attendess will be engaged in a fun and interactive session to help them understand the many various aspects of effective leadership and their role in delivering excellent leadership.


4. Recruiting, Hiring, Training, & Retaining:
