If you're stressing out about what to write for the personal statement in order to get into your dream university, this workshop is going to answer a lot of the questions you have and probably some questions that you haven't realized you had. Afterall, you don't know what you don't know. At the end of this workshop, you'll leave knowing how to answer the prompts so that you can leave the reader with the best impression of who you are. Not known to all, the personal statement is pretty much the interview that the colleges will use to gain perspective as to WHO YOU REALLY ARE. The people in charge of admissions at every college understand that students are more than just the test scores, GPA, and extracurricular activities listed in the application. The workshop will focus on primarily UC application personal statement prompts. However, the strategies covered can also be applied to Common Application prompts and to any other college application prompts.
