Lightyear Level 1 | Personal Legacy Program 
Lightyear Leadership is a self-leadership methodology that develops happy and fulfilled humans, empowering individuals, communities and companies to rapidly and radically transform themselves and the world. It is based in the belief that we need to understand and claim our personal power in this world. It is our work to discover who we are, what we came here to do, and then do our very best to remain true to ourselves and the personal legacy we wish to create.
Through Lightyear’s personal legacy program, you will gain the tools to design your own unique legacy, support your legacy through your vision and goals, choose how you respond to situations in your life, and recognize the power and responsibility of your words.
You will have the opportunity to:

<LI>Identify where you have subconsciously shaped your life around the beliefs that you’ve encountered and held onto</LI>
<LI>See very quickly when you are in a state of reaction and learn how to shift to responding</LI>
<LI>Explore the language in which you speak to yourself and release thoughts that are limiting to you</LI>
<LI>Create a compelling vision for your life with the goals and tools to make it all happen.</LI>

Let go of the restrictions that come from your past, and connect to a more empowering approach to life and leadership based on a future of possibility and unrestricted ability to see and move towards what it is you want.
This program is led by Lightyear Licensee, Meaghan Descoteau through four, 90 min live calls (cohorts of max 8 people), along with supporting videos, handouts and homework assignments. The self-led work is designed to support a more in-depth experience during the live calls. The program is delivered to groups so participants can learn from one another, support each other with listening and glean insights and answers.
