Please bring any photos, ephemera, and small meaningful objects you would like to incorporate into your altar. We provide a portable wood box, paint, paper, and other craft supplies. You can purchase crystals, candles and other enhancements as needed.

Who is guiding the workshop?

Abby and Opal, a Korean mother-daughter collaboration, have resided in Southern Maine for over 20 years, and both are graduates of Maine College of Art & Design. In addition to being artists, together they share a deep love of nature and often refer to the trees as kin.

Question 5

What if I don't finish my altar by the end of the workshop?

Accepted Answer

No problem! You are welcome to take home your altar with additional craft supplies to finish at home.

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

The exchange is $88 per person to cover supplies, safe space, and our guidance.
