She collaborates with people to find their best solutions both within themselves and in their relationship dynamics. People’s experience of conflict – whether minor to major - pops up, again and again with key people in their lives.As we work each to realize our full potential, it begins, first, with ourselves and then boosting any family, work, friends or community relationship.Fascinated with people dynamics, Manya has attended local and global workshops/ trainings/conferences for decades, engaging key modalities of transformative work with people dynamics. Participating and presenting, being both trainer and trainee, coach and coachee – it’s become about how best to transform any struggle in relating into liberation.During this retreat, Manya will present a taster of how body language works, and share a simple but powerful process of integrating mind, body and feelings in practice and reflection about any disturbing moments in one of your key relationships – whether an adult family member, romantic partner, work colleague or friend. As a participant, you’ll experience the significance of your own body language and “stretch” yourself into your “next step” of becoming more resourceful in how you relate with others.Day 2: Move into Natural Vision Improvement - Dr. Elisa Beth Haransky-BeckDr. Elisa Beth Haransky-Beck creates an environment where people connect with their inner- beingness and innate vision through sharing natural eyesight improvement tools and techniques including EmbodyVision Dance(™), and Spiritual Nutrition Counseling . She adores sharing the joy, vitality and Love that she has known during her lifetime. Dr. ElisaBe facilitates visual and awareness shifting in both herself and many others in individual one-on-one sessions, and in groups. She’s so excited to share her wisdom with YOU so you too can RISE to your highest version of yourself!As a Holistic Optometrist, she works with children and adults who want to improve their eyesight naturally, those who have been diagnosed with vision related learning issues, individuals on the ADD to Autism spectrum, and those with post traumatic brain injury. She’s now an EmbodyVision Yoga teacher and a Spiritual Nutrition Counselor.During this retreat, Elisa will go over ways to be sure you have the optimal eyesight prescription and know what questions to ask your eye doctor, she’ll offer experiential tips and tools for participants to move into their own version of improving their eyesight naturally, and she will guide us through an EmbodyVision(™) experiential visualization journey.Day 3: Tap into your Inner Vision to Level up your Life - Dr. Marcia Nathai-BalkissoonDr. Marcia Nathai-Balkissoon helps her clients thrive even in the midst of overwhelm. The parent of a brain-injured, bedridden child, Marcia is the author of Lighting the Path, which is full of tips and tools to help people cope with adversity so they feel more connected, gain visibility, access and support, and train up their resilience. Marcia’s training, speaking, and coaching help others connect deeply with their purpose so they can experience more joy and fulfillment. Through intuitive and logical interventions, her work helps shift mindsets, build habits, foster creativity, and enable people to live their best lives each day, trusting they are enough.During this retreat, Marcia will deliver an exercise that encourages you to connect with a vision of your ideal life, so that you are able to really connect with how certain aspects of that vision feel to you. You&#x27;ll be supported to begin building your plan of how you&#x27;d like to begin leveling up a few elements that emerge as the most inspiring or important to you.
