Over the course of their climbing careers, they noticed a shift from individuals seeking coaching to coaches asking how to assess, manage, plan and program for their athletes. Thus, exposing a significant need in the climbing coach community to standardize coaching. Hence, Performance Climbing Coach.
PCC is a comprehensive seminar designed to education coaches and athletes in all facets of climbing coaching. In this course, you will cover everything from physical and mental training, to health and nutrition, to program design and movement coaching. This 2.5 day seminar will feature both hands-on practice and lectures, leaving you with a better understanding of how to build and implement effective training programs. Although this course was designed for coaches, athletes striving to advance their practical knowledge of climbing training will benefit tremendously.
