Wait… what?! Hackathon? Aren’t hackathons for programmers? I’m an HR professional.
Yes, but that makes you a vital part of any good technology solution. You know the HR problem to be solved and what your organization needs, and we want you to see how your knowledge can easily turn into a tangible tech solution.

Day 1

Let the hacking begin! Participants break out into “teams” with support from designers and programmers to create an app solution for the selected HR challenge

At the end of the day each team pitches their app solution to the whole group

Participants vote for the best app solution and it’s reviewed by our expert jury
</LI>

Now Talmundo does its magic… our team of designers and developers will spend the rest of the evening and into the wee hours of the night turning the winning idea into a functioning prototype.
