This session will discuss individual and organisational factors that foster creativity and innovation, and how Organisation Development professionals can build on research to become stronger innovation drivers. As organisations recover from the current crisis, leaders need to reflect on their organisational DNA to embrace opportunities within this highly digital landscape. Christof Paulischta is an associate faculty member of IMI, lecturing on organisational transformation and change. He is a chartered psychologist and recently joined Deloitte Human Capital Consulting.
