Penn Township Easter Egg Hunt

Penn Township invites you to our first ever Easter egg hunt!

EGG HUNT: The event will begin at 10 AM and the egg hunt will start at 10:30 AM. We've got A LOT of eggs, some are filled with toys and some have candy. Kids are welcome to bring their Easter baskets, we will be giving out Easter bags to anyone who would like one. Eggs will be spread throughout the field at our Sports Park. We will try to space the eggs out as best we can.

FOOD: We welcome On the Roll food truck to our event! They'll have food available for purchase.

FUN: In addition to the egg hunt we will be joined by the one and only, Easter Bunny! He'll be hopping around during the egg hunt and he'll be available for pictures throughout the event. DJ Paul from American Pie Entertainment will be our emcee for the day and setting the mood with family friendly music. Critter Connections will be there to introduce you to some scaly and furry friends. Our friends over at the Avon Grove Library will be hosting a story time and handing out some goodies. Finally kids will be able to win prizes by playing some, fun, low contact games with our student volunteers!

REGISTRATION: All children who will be participating MUST be registered in advance, adults DO NOT need to register.

SAFETY: In addition to limiting attendance, we will be requiring all attendees to wear masks. All activities will be well spaced throughout the site to allow for ample social distancing. Kids will be broken down into different age groups for the egg hunt, this breaks up the amount of people in one area and gives all ages a chance to grab some eggs. The eggs will be spaced throughout each section as best we can. There will be at least two sanitizing stations set up at this event. 

RAIN DATE: There is no rain date for this event. Should we need to cancel, you will be informed via the email you registered with. We will not be able to reschedule the event but we do plan to offer a small replacement activity in our park, weather permitting.

Before this event we are offering a sensory friendly egg hunt at Penn Township Park. There will be a smaller crowd, a quieter environment, sensory friendly games, prizes and more!
